Please let me know if any of your physical products do not arrive intact and I will do all I can to replace or refund your purchase.

I cannot issue a refund for digital goods.

All clients must provide me with some notes when purchasing a Tarot reading.

Zoom readings are carried out at the time of your choice, but must be completed within a 3 month period.

If you change your mind about a reading and wish to cancel, I will refund you 100% up to 1 day prior to the scheduled reading.

I cannot give refunds for completed readings which are found to contain unsatisfactory insights, same day cancelations, or no-shows.

If you no-show, I will ask you to reschedule up to 3 times. Afterwards, I will no longer respond.

If you need to reschedule, no problem! Just let me know.

In the interest of keeping my scheduled times with other clients, if you are 10+minutes plus late, I will consider you no show and will ask you to reschedule.

Please only book readings one at a time.

Email correspondence between sessions is at my own discretion and is not included in the purchase price.

I will not sell readings to people under the age of 18.

ETHICS

Tarot Readings ARE used as a form of counseling/self-counseling/healing for spiritual growth and personal development and is ultimately viewed as a form of Entertainment. I am deeply invested in your healing, empowerment, and putting good out into the universe. I do not consider myself to be psychic in terms of being able to see the future. We have a hand in co-creating our future.

I do not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, race, etc., and will respect your pronouns (please let me know in the notes.) All information offered by clients is kept in the strictest confidence.

Tarot Readings ARE NOT a replacement for medical treatment, legal advice, or psychological treatment, or for peeking into the lives of others. If you are experiencing any of the previously mentioned issues, please see a licensed professional. Tarot Readings are meant to be complimentary to your healing process, not the only source of treatment. Tarot Reading WILL NOT force you to follow a particular course of action, exert any form of control over your free-will, or common sense. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your Tarot Reading is your sole responsibility and has not been forced upon you by me.
